The Beginning

Well hello there! Welcome to my site and blog. This whole process of creating web page and a blog is completely foreign to me, so all I ask is that you please be patient, I'll figure this all out.

I'm really excited for you to browse the page and perhaps put a little pin in your brain that these stones make unique gifts and memorials. From the responses I've had, they are very meaningful gifts. I've heard they can make burley men choke up with emotion, an that my friend, is what I aim to do. I want these paintings to show the personality of the animals so that each one is special. So it's not just a dog, cat or horse... it's YOUR dog, cat or horse. I do this because i firmly believe ALL animals have unique personalities and I know this from personal experience. let me give you a little of my background:

I've loved animals all of my life and worked with them most of my life. I've been a horse wrangler and trail guide. I've ridden horses since i was 4, but only got serious about it when i was 12. I've worked herding and cutting cows. Currently i foster puppies and kittens and my family volunteers for our local shelters. With that knowledge, you can tell I'm really an animal lover. So when i go to paint your pet, i don't treat them as jut another animal. I study them and try to find what s unique about them and enhance it.
